• Assist in the design and delivery of engineering solutions under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Communicate technical information clearly to internal teams and customer stakeholders.
• Contribute to project delivery within agreed timescales, budgets, and quality standards.
• Support adherence to Belcan''s Quality Management System and safety practices.

• Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Aided Design, Aerospace Engineering, Naval Architecture, or Aeronautical Engineering or similar.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn new tools and systems quickly.
• Awareness of health, safety, and environmental considerations in engineering design.
