Visit sites to ascertain site conditions, carry out surveys and attend design meetings as required. Prepare requests for information, query sheets as required and monitor replies. Produce drawing schedules, general arrangement and working drawings. Monitor own progress against contract programme and report progress on a weekly basis. Attend project handover meetings and compile a design brief for the project. Produce fabrication information in the form of schedules, cutting lists or component drawings as required to an agreed programme. Design review - revise and re-issue commented drawings. Undertake checking responsibilities for fabrication information generated by other design personnel. Represent OCL as appropriate at any meetings as required.
