Graduate Commercial Supervisor

Are you an experienced professional with a strong background in sales, manufacturing, and logistics? We are offering a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual-to join a leading manufacturing company based in Redditch as a Graduate-Commercial Supervisor.

Graduate Commercial Supervisor Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily commercial operations, ensuring smooth coordination between sales, manufacturing, and logistics teams.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing inquiries, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, and maximising-revenue opportunities.
• Work closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products and optimal resource utilisation.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Provide support to the sales team, ensuring effective communication of product specifications, availability, and delivery schedules.
• Manage customer orders from initial inquiry through to final delivery, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts, budgets, and commercial strategies.

The successful Graduate Commercial Supervisor will have the following skills and experience:-

• A business related degree or law although they would- be open to other degrees if you had the right attitude.-
• experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment wuold be an advantage-
• knowledge of sales, manufacturing processes, and logistics particularly with oversees operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments.
• Strong organisational-skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to solve problems and drive improvements.

In return you can expect to receive a basic salary of between -30,00035,000 depending on your experience.
