Our client, a fast growing and highly successful FinTech company, is seeking a highly personable Client Services Executive with superb attention to detail to join their growing team.The successful candidate will be the point of contact for all major clients, problem solving, supporting and at the forefront as an ambassador for the product and service. Our client would consider bright, highly motivated graduates or candidates with experience in the financial service industry - the most important thing for our client is personality. As long as you''re bright, numerate, confident, keen and enthusiastic with an interest in the industry you will be considered!This is a really exciting time to join and could lead to excellent career progression in the future.Based 4 days a week in High Wycombe with 1 day working from home.£26k - £27k + discretionary bonus + excellent benefits.Key Responsibilities:Manage clients in all stages of the relationship from early stage integration/onboarding through to daily trade booking/supportPresentations and live client demos/training as necessaryKeeping up to date with all productsPayment queries - investigating payment issues/liaising internally for banking updates/confirmations and accurately conveying updates to clientsPromoting the company offering and identifying new opportunitiesSkills/ExperienceExcellent communication skills, able to converse well with clients and successfully manage relationshipsImpeccable accuracyHigh level of numeracy and ..... full job details .....
