Working closely with Physiotherapists, you''ll support people whose health condition is affecting their ability to work. As part of the programme, participants receive up to six months of physiotherapy and six months'' free gym membership, giving them practical support to improve both their physical wellbeing and employment prospects. You''ll work alongside the clinical team to help participants build confidence, prepare for work and secure sustainable employment. No two days are the same. You''ll be meeting participants, building relationships with employers, helping people overcome barriers to work and keeping accurate records to ensure everyone receives the right support.
