We’re looking for a bright, proactive graduate to join our client - a dynamic Commercial Finance Lender specialising in asset-backed funding for UK SMEs. The business is entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and known for its agile, solutions-led approach to supporting growing SMEs in the UK.You’ll be joining a small but expanding team, gaining hands-on exposure across sales, credit, operations, and internal projects. This is a true generalist role, ideal for someone eager to build a career in commercial finance by learning the business from the ground up.Think of it as a front-row seat to commercial lending, with exposure to everything from credit papers to client meetings. You’ll be the go-to support across the business, helping with prep, research, coordination, and anything else that needs doing to keep things moving. This role will be mostly office based (4 days a week, 1 day WFH) from their offices based in the City of London.Key Responsibilities

Supporting across different business functions with admin, prep, and follow-upsAssisting with onboarding, documentation, and deal trackingAssisting with any internal projects or tasks that need doingMaintaining CRM records and pipeline updatesPreparing reports, presentations, and client materialsJumping in wherever needed—this is a true “bag carrier” role with real learning potentialWhat We’re Looking For

Recent graduate (any discipline, but finance, business, or economics preferred)Bubbly, personable and outgoing personalityOrganised, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple tasksStrong written and verbal communication skillsWillingness to learn and get stuck in across different functionsInterest in financial services as this role will evolve and growNo ego - just energy, curiosity, and a team-first mindsetWhat You’ll Gain
