Green Flare is a growing renewable energy business of approximately 25 employees, specialising in solar PV and heat pump installations. We are looking for an organised, analytical and proactive individual to work directly alongside one of our directors on an exciting 12-month business improvement project. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the whole business, helping to introduce better systems, streamline operations and create clear, consistent ways of working. About the Role You will support the improvement of Green Flare''s internal operations, helping us work smarter, improve consistency and build systems that support our future growth. Your responsibilities will include: Process mapping: Understand, document and improve existing business processes across sales, administration, project delivery and customer service.
