A fast-growing global consumer goods business is offering an exceptional opportunity for ambitious graduates ready to launch a high-impact commercial career. This is a field-based role where you’ll be out in the market from day one building relationships, influencing retail performance, and driving commercial growth across a defined region.

The Opportunity

You will cover the Leeds region with wider responsibility across the North of England and Scotland, supporting key commercial priorities including retail execution, new product launches, territory coverage, and high-priority market activity.

This is a fast-paced, highly mobile role requiring flexibility, including travel and periods away from home for up to three consecutive weeks.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building strong relationships with retail owners and key decision-makers
• Driving product availability and supporting in-store commercial negotiations
• Coaching retail teams to improve execution and category performance
• Using in-store data and insights to identify growth opportunities
• Managing your own schedule to deliver against clear commercial targets

• Full UK driving licence
