Our client, a bespoke design and build company based in West London, is seeking a Graduate Building Surveyor to undertake measured surveys of existing properties and sites, conduct condition surveys, and ideally have the ability to prepare a Revit model based on these surveys. We are looking for individuals with the following skills and experience:

Recent Graduate with RICS accredited Building Surveying degree

Some previous building surveying (or equivalent) experience preferred

Excellent organisational skills

Experience working in a busy office environment and dealing with clients/customers is an advantage

Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

Accuracy and attention to detail

Ability to establish trust and develop effective working relationships

Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Personal Qualities:

Professional and positive attitude

Ability to work as part of a team or independently

Proactive and self-motivated

Flexible attitude towards work

In this role, you will conduct site surveys, prepare detailed condition reports and drawings, and collaborate with project managers and architects. There will also be opportunities to develop skills in Revit and contribute to the design process.
