Your responsibilities will include:Undertaking a wide range of Building Surveying services under supervision, including:Serving and negotiating dilapidationsConducting schedules of condition and condition surveysPerforming pre-acquisition surveys and fire insurance/reinstatement valuationsConducting feasibility studies and handling landlord consentsPreparing and drafting professional reports outlining proposals and resultsAssisting with procurement, delivery, and contract administration of projectsCollaborating with stakeholders to support decision-making processesImplementing Policies, Strategies, and Standards for Development and Disposal opportunitiesEnsuring property information is accurately gathered and maintainedContributing to the development and implementation of a robust Asset Management Rating system and Asset Management PlanAdhering to Health and Safety and risk management proceduresWhat ..... full job details .....
