Your new company
You will be joining a large multidisciplinary international consultancy who are looking to expand their Liverpool office with a Graduate Building Surveyor. They work across a mix of sectors, including education, health, commercial, social housing. You will join a wider team of 30 others in Liverpool with the support of the wider northern business.


Your new role
You will work on a mixture of instructions, including expert witness reports, surveys of condition, party walls, remedial works, project management.

What you''ll need to succeed
You will ideally be a building surveying graduate with demonstrable industry experience.

What you''ll get in return
Salary up to -30,000
Bonus
Hybrid working
You will get full APC support to become a chartered surveyor.
26 holidays plus bank holidays and the option to buy up to 5 additional days
Pension 5%
