You will be working for a consultancy who are seeking an ambitious and driven Graduate Building Surveyor to join their Preston  team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a wide variety of l projects, gaining real hands-on experience while being fully supported through your APC.
 
As a Graduate Building Surveyor, you''ll work closely with a team of experienced professionals across the full spectrum of building surveying services, including:
 
 
·Contract administration
·Dilapidations
·Building surveys
·Schedules of condition
·Project work and refurbishments
 
You will need:
 
·A RICS-accredited degree in Building Surveying (or close to completion)
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·A proactive and professional attitude
·A genuine interest in pursuing chartership (APC)
