We''re working with a well-established, multi-disciplinary consultancy in Glasgow that is looking to add a Graduate Building Surveyor to its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a broad range of projects while working alongside experienced Chartered Surveyors who will support your professional development towards APC and MRICS qualification. The Role As a Graduate Building Surveyor, you''ll work on a varied portfolio of commercial, residential, education and public sector projects, gaining exposure to both professional and project-based building surveying services. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with condition surveys and building inspections. Supporting the delivery of project work, including refurbishments and maintenance schemes. Preparing schedules of condition, specifications and technical reports. Assisting with contract administration and project delivery. Helping to produce dilapidations, defect analysis and planned maintenance reports. Liaising with clients, contractors and other members of the design team. Developing your technical knowledge while working towards chartership. About You Degree qualified in Building Surveying (RICS-accredited preferred).
