A specialist Alternative Provision school in Thatcham is seeking a Graduate Behaviour Mentor to join their team full-time, starting immediately and continuing until July 2026. In this role, you will support students aged 11-18 with behavioural and mental health needs, helping them develop socially, emotionally, and academically throughout the school day.
