This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveying graduate to gain hands-on experience across cost management, procurement, subcontract administration, valuations and financial reporting, working alongside experienced industry professionals. Key Responsibilities Assist with project budgets, cost control and financial reporting. Support subcontractor procurement, tender analysis and negotiations. Prepare cost plans, valuations and applications for payment. Assist with variations, change control and final accounts. Support contract administration and maintain accurate commercial records. Liaise with project managers, site teams, clients and subcontractors. Requirements Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline (essential).
