OverviewPegasus Group invites applications for our 2026 Graduate Training Scheme. Join our Architectural team in the Lichfield office to work on a variety of projects for diverse clients. This scheme offers valuable exposure and an excellent start to your career in a supportive training environment.

Responsibilities

Work with the Design team in the delivery of wide-ranging design consultancy services on a variety of projects and schemes.

Support conceptual urban design and planning work, feasibility studies, master planning, development briefs and design strategies for developers and private clients.

Gain experience and exposure across a range of sectors and clients to support your development.

Qualifications

Undergraduate and/or postgraduate degree in Architectural Design Technology; CIAT preferred but not essential.

Demonstrate a logical and analytical approach, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to use initiative and think creatively.

Work experience in Architectural Technology or Urban Design is advantageous but not essential.

Remuneration and VisaPlease note that due to changes in Government Legislation we are unable to fulfil the remuneration requirements for Graduate level, and therefore cannot accept applications from individuals who hold a student or Graduate Visa. We continue to support colleagues at later stages in their career requiring work-sponsored visas.
