Pegasus Group invites applications for the 2026 Graduate Training Scheme in Lichfield. You will join the architectural team in our Lichfield office to work on a variety of projects for diverse clients, with valuable exposure in a supportive training environment.What are we looking for?
We are looking for candidates to hold an undergraduate and/or postgraduate degree in Architectural Design Technology. CIAT is preferred but not essential. We seek graduates who can demonstrate:A logical and analytical approachGreat problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to use your own initiative and to think outside the boxWork experience in Architectural Technology or Urban Design would be advantageous but is not essential as you’ll be learning your new role on the job with support from our Graduate Training Scheme.Role and responsibilities
As a Graduate Architectural Technologist, you will work closely with the Design team in delivering design consultancy services on a variety of projects and schemes. You’ll support conceptual urban design and planning work, feasibility studies, master planning, development briefs and design strategies for developers and private clients.
