This role focuses on ensuring optimal performance, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining strong client relationships through high-quality service and engineering expertise.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support to customers regarding installed systemsAssist with fault diagnosis, repairs, and maintenance activitiesWork closely with senior engineers on aftersales projects and service visitsSupport commissioning and upgrades of equipment where requiredPrepare service reports and documentationLiaise with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issuesHelp improve aftersales processes and customer satisfactionOccasional travel to customer sitesWhat We''re Looking ForA degree (preferred) or HNC in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or similar)Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitudeEagerness to learn and develop engineering knowledge in a practical environmentGood communication skills with a customer-focused approachAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamFull UK driving ..... full job details .....
