The Role
As a Graduate Acoustic Consultant, you will:
Assist with environmental noise surveys, measurements, and data analysis
Support senior team members with acoustic modelling using industry-standard software (e.g. CadnaA, SoundPLAN)
Contribute to technical reports and noise impact assessments for infrastructure, transport, and industrial developments
Gain familiarity with key guidance and standards such as BS5228, BS4142, and DMRB/CRT
Carry out site visits and liaise with clients, planners, and other project stakeholders
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including environmental, planning, and engineering specialists
Requirements
Degree in Acoustics, Environmental Science, Physics, or a related field
Strong interest in environmental acoustics and noise control
Good problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Willingness to learn and progress towards professional membership (IOA or similar)
Full UK driving licence (advantageous)
