The Role:
As a Graduate Academic Mentor, you will support students across KS3 and KS4 with their academic progress. You will provide 1:1 support, help pupils understand lesson content and encourage stronger engagement across the curriculum. You will also assist teaching staff with general classroom support, helping students stay focused, organised and confident in their learning.

You should be patient, reliable and confident supporting pupils across different subjects and ability levels. Requirements
- 2:2 degree or above in any subject.
• A genuine interest in supporting secondary students across KS3 and KS4.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain learning clearly.
• A patient, organised and encouraging approach to academic support.
• Enhanced DBS – Must hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS certificate.
