You will work on a 1:1 basis to help the pupil stay engaged in lessons, follow routines, break work into manageable steps, and access learning more confidently. You will also work closely with teachers and wider staff to support progress and help the student achieve more consistently across the academic year.   The Candidate: You are calm, observant, and able to build trust through consistency and clear communication.
