This is a critical role centered on the creation and maintenance of high-spec access roads and the final precision leveling of transmission tower foundation pads across challenging mountainous terrain.You will be a key part of the earthworks team, ensuring all surfaces meet strict engineering tolerances in a high-intensity, safety-critical environment.Key Responsibilities:Precision Grading: Executing fine grading for structural tower pads and heavy-duty access tracks to exact engineering specifications.GPS Operation: Working independently to 3D models using Topcon or Trimble GPS systems to achieve "millimeter-perfect" finish levels.Infrastructure Maintenance: Managing and maintaining site haul roads to ensure the safe movement of heavy plant and delivery vehicles in all weather conditions.Terrain Management: Navigating and shaping challenging ground conditions, including rock and peat, while maintaining drainage falls and batters.Safety and Compliance: Conducting daily plant checks and adhering strictly to Tier 1 safety and environmental protocols.Requirements:CPCS or NPORS Grader Operator Ticket: Must be ..... full job details .....
