Grab Operative

My very busy well-established recycling clients are now looking to add to their ever-increasing workload a Grab Operative on a temp-perm contract to start asap. You will work a two-week shift pattern. Week 1 Mon to Fri 6am to 3pm. The following week Monday to Thursday 3pm to midnight You will help recycle old PVC windows and doors, which cuts waste, reuses materials, and reduces landfill use. We are looking for candidates with the following: Technical Ability: Familiarity with operating and maintaining machinery, as well as understanding of production processes. Experience working in an operational environment that involves hands-on work and exposure to diverse conditions is preferred. Grab Licence is essential. A JCB licence is desirable. Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks within set timeframes while maintaining attention to detail and quality. Problem-Solver: Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and efficiently.
