This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled HCA to work in a dynamic primary care environment, delivering high-quality patient care and supporting the clinical team.As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing a range of clinical services to our patient population, working autonomously within your scope of practice while being part of a supportive multidisciplinary team.Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Duties:Perform venepuncture and phlebotomy services to a high standardConduct and interpret ECGsDeliver NHS Health Checks, including health assessments and lifestyle adviceProvide chronic disease management support, including monitoring patients with long-term conditionsTake and record vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, respirations)Support diabetic clinics and other disease-specific clinicsMaintain accurate patient records using clinical systems (SystmOne preferred)General Duties:Ensure all clinical equipment is maintained and calibrated appropriatelyMaintain infection control standards and health and safety proceduresSupport the wider practice team in delivering excellent patient careParticipate in practice ..... full job details .....
