Responsibilities
Provide dynamic leadership to multi-professional teams, supporting service development and clinical excellence.
Create a collaborative, patient-centred culture and drive innovation to enhance health outcomes across communities.
Work closely with practice teams, salaried GPs, and divisional leadership to deliver safe, high-quality care.
Ensure services remain CQC-compliant, financially sustainable, and aligned with IC247s values and strategic vision.
