This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in corporate compliance, policy development and governance to play a key role in supporting and strengthening the organisation''s compliance framework.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the development, implementation and review of corporate compliance policies and proceduresProvide advice and guidance on policies including whistleblowing, conflicts of interest and related compliance mattersMonitor compliance with internal policies, procedures and relevant regulatory requirementsIdentify potential compliance risks and support the implementation of appropriate controlsAssist with compliance reviews, investigations and reporting where requiredMaintain accurate compliance records, documentation and registersWork closely with internal stakeholders to promote a strong culture of compliance and good governanceKeep up to date with relevant legislation, regulations and best practiceWhat We''re Looking ForPrevious experience working in a corporate compliance or governance environmentStrong knowledge and practical experience of compliance policies, particularly whistleblowing and conflicts of interestExcellent understanding of corporate governance, risk ..... full job details .....
