Known for integrity, innovation, and low-cost investing, fosters an inclusive and collaborative culture that empowers employees to make a meaningful impact globally.What You''ll DoSupport the design, implementation and continuous improvement of Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) frameworks across cyber, fraud and technology risk, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and evolving regulatory requirements.Promote first-line ownership of risks, issues, controls and remediation activities by maintaining effective governance structures, clear accountabilities and robust risk management processes.Lead and support the full control life cycle, including Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs), control design and testing, evidence collection, performance monitoring and continuous improvement to strengthen the control environment.Monitor, analyse and report on key risk indicators (KRIs), control effectiveness, risk exposure and remediation progress, providing actionable insights and recommendations to governance forums and ..... full job details .....
