Working closely with the Governance Manager and Head of Business Assurance, you''ll play a key role in supporting the effective operation of the Trust''s governance framework and helping ensure we meet regulatory, legal and best practice requirements.The role will involve supporting the Trust''s Board and Committees through the co-ordination of agendas, reports and Board papers, attending meetings, producing high-quality minutes and maintaining accurate action logs.
