Your new role Manage the Customer Services and external CEO inboxes, ensuring records are kept in line with the Fund''s Retention Schedule, responding to queries, including disseminating to or liaising with services to provide responses to customers Log, disseminate and acknowledge reports of concerns from members of the publicAssist the FOI and Complaints Manager in identifying service improvements from stage 1 complaintsLog, acknowledge and administer the collation and responding of Freedom of Information requests, escalating to the FOI and Complaints Manager when necessary.
