Governance Manager

Bristol (North)We are recruiting an experienced Governance Manager to support clinical governance, patient safety, and regulatory compliance across healthcare services in Bristol (North) and North Somerset.This is a senior role within the local management team, based primarily in Bristol (North), with regular travel across sites.Key ResponsibilitiesLead clinical and corporate governance across multiple servicesEnsure compliance with CQC, regulatory, and internal standardsManage audits, incidents, complaints, risks, and patient feedbackProduce governance reports using systems such as InPhaseChair Clinical Governance meetings and attend Duty of Candour meetingsLead investigations into patient and staff clinical incidentsDrive continuous improvement through data, learning, and audit outcomesAbout YouExperience in governance, compliance, quality, or patient safety within healthcareStrong knowledge of CQC and UK regulatory frameworksConfident managing audits, investigations, and reportingStrong analytical, organisational, and communication skillsAble to work autonomously and influence senior stakeholdersDegree or equivalent experience (desirable)Contact Neelam - Bristol Office Fusion People are committed to promoting equal opportunities to people regardless of age, gender, religion, belief, race, sexuality or disability.
