The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The salary is from £66,00 - £70,000. Duties will include (but are not limited to): Providing authoritative and practical governance advice to the Board and Senior Leaders helping them fulfil their mandatory obligations and ensuring an effective governance framework in practice - from decision-making through to delivery - across the whole organisation Embedding a clear, practical approach to risk management and mitigation, ensuring every team across our multi-site operation is clear on their responsibilities and takes informed decisions Maintaining accurate governance records, including conflicts of interest, tenure, appointments and decision trails As the Data Protection Officer, maintain UK GDPR compliance, ROPA and DPIA processes, IT, digital and security policies, serving as the main point of contact for any privacy enquiries Experience required within a not for profit or SME type organisation, due to the size of the team already there Skills and Experience required: Experience within not for profit o...
