This specialist is responsible for developing, enforcing, and auditing the standards and rules that ensure knowledge is consistently accurate, high-quality, and fully prepared for any regulatory review or audit. A core focus is also on continuously optimising all Knowledge Management (KM) workflows for maximum efficiency. What you''ll do Establish the foundational rules and processes that govern how knowledge is created, managed, and archived. Define the governance model, which includes setting content standards, template requirements, and publishing policies. Actively monitor and report on adherence to these standards across the team.
