Governance and Assurance Manager Location: Exeter or Bristol At South West Water, our customers are at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for a Governance and Assurance Manager to lead the governance and assurance of customer insight, research and performance activity, ensuring we can demonstrate robust, credible and auditable evidence of how customer voice is embedded in decision-making. This role goes beyond compliance, acting as a critical enabler of trust, quality and confidence in our Voice of the Customer capability. You will ensure that customer insight is generated, managed and used in a consistent, transparent and methodologically sound way, supporting both business decision-making and regulatory requirements.
