Governance Administrator

Leeds/ Hybrid

-14.00 PAYE or -18 Umbrella ph

35 hours pw

We are currently working on behalf of a social housing provider to recruit to a Governance Administrator on an initial interim basis to support their Corporate Governance team. Some home working will be available, with travel required to their central Leeds office when required.

Responsibilities of the Governance Administrator:

  • Taking meeting minutes for Board and Committee meetings
  • Signing and sealing of contracts for leased properties
  • Updating records
  • Raising Pos
  • Booking meetings

Requirements of the Governance Administrator:

  • Experience of providing strong administrative support
  • Experience working within a similar team surrounding governance and compliance
