Governance Administrator and Executive Assistant
We are looking for an organised and proactive Governance Administrator and Executive Assistant to join a charity supporting people experiencing homelessness and helping young people build a brighter future.Location: BirminghumJob Type: Temporary to PermanentSalary: £27,016-£28,821 per annumHours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm, 37.5 hours per week (30-minute lunch) hybrid working About the RoleYou will provide administrative and executive support to the Governance and Executive Teams, including the Chief Executive and Board.Key responsibilities include:Coordinating meetings, diaries, agendas and meeting papers.Preparing Board and Committee documentation.Taking accurate minutes and maintaining action logs.Maintaining governance records and documentation.Supporting Board activities and meetings.Providing general governance, compliance and administrative support.Managing confidential information with professionalism and discretion.Working closely with senior leaders and internal teams to ensure actions and deadlines are followed.Essential RequirementsMinimum 2 years'' experience in a senior administration or Executive Assistant role.Minimum 2 years'' experience taking minutes for Board, Committee or senior-level meetings.Experience coordinating meetings, diaries, agendas and meeting papers.Level 3 qualification/A Levels or equivalent knowledge and experience.Excellent organisational, time management and attention-to-detail skills.Strong written and verbal communication ..... full job details .....
