This role will involve preparing finished instrumentation products and spares for despatch to customers across the globe, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance with customer specifications. The role will involve unpacking and repacking products, completing customs paperwork, logging despatch dates on the in-house management system, labelling parcels, coordinating couriers, and communicating with customers regarding order status and despatch queries.
