Goods Inwards and Parts Person

Job Title: Goods In and Parts Person Hourly Rate: Up to 13ph Location: Kent Reporting to the Parts and Showroom Manager, you will play a key role in the smooth day-to-day operation of the goods-in area and the handling of all parts and showroom-related deliveries. You will also support retail sales within the showroom, covering Parts, Hardware, Clothing, and Groundcare Machinery. As a customer-facing representative of the business, you will consistently deliver a high standard of customer service, responding to product and service enquiries both in person and over the telephone. This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and being part of a collaborative team. Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily goods-in operations, including receiving, checking, and distributing deliveriesUnload and load internal lorries as requiredProcess supplier parcels and unpack branch stock deliveriesTransfer stock into stores and the showroom accuratelyMaintain customer delivery and collection shelvesSupport workshop technicians with parts identificationAssist with retail sales across parts, hardware, clothing, and groundcare machineryHandle cash, cheque, and card payments with accuracyMaintain and manage showroom stock levelsCarry out stock checks when requiredEnsure the showroom is well presented and stock is displayed correctlyDeliver efficient, friendly, and professional customer service at all timesSkills and Experience RequiredKnowledge of ..... full job details .....
