Helping coordinate picking, packing and dispatch to meet customer requirements. Managing reserved stock and supporting the fulfilment of orders. Processing warehouse orders and keeping relevant systems updated. Working with other departments to resolve queries and keep operations running smoothly. Dealing with issues relating to incoming and outgoing goods. Helping maintain a safe, tidy and efficient warehouse environment. Carrying out forklift and banksman duties where you hold the appropriate training and authorisation. Getting involved in initiatives designed to improve warehouse processes.
