With a reputation for quality, innovation and continuous improvement, we''re looking for a motivated Goods In Team Leader to join our manufacturing team. The Role As the Goods In Team Leader, you''ll play a key role in leading, supporting and developing your team while ensuring production targets are achieved safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. You''ll provide day-to-day direction on the shop floor, promote a positive working culture and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the department. Key Responsibilities Maintain excellent Health and Safety and Environmental standards across the department. Lead, motivate and supervise production staff in line with company policies. Plan and coordinate daily production activities to meet customer demand. Monitor product quality and ensure all standards are consistently achieved. Act as a positive role model, promoting teamwork, professionalism and accountability. Support employee development through training, mentoring, appraisals and performance reviews. Assist with recruitment, investigations and employee development where required. Work closely with other departments to resolve production issues and improve efficiency.
