Goods In / Stores Operative

Senior Salmon are recruiting on behalf of our well-established client, for a Goods Inwards / Stores Operative to join their busy team in Worksop. The Role: As a Goods Inwards / Stores Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring materials and stock are received, stored and issued efficiently to support production operations. Main duties include: Receiving and checking incoming deliveries Booking stock into the system Putting stock away in designated locations Picking and issuing parts for production requirements Maintaining accurate stock records Carrying out general stores and warehouse duties Ensuring high standards of housekeeping and health and safety The Ideal Candidate To be considered for this role, you will have: Previous experience within a Goods Inwards, Stores or Warehouse environment Experience receiving deliveries, stock control and picking parts Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel Good organisational skills and attention to detail A proactive and reliable attitude Desirable FLT Counterbalance Licence (up to 3 tonne) What''s on Offer? 14.28 per hour Monday to Friday working pattern Early finish every day at 2:30pm Opportunity to join a market-leading company Potential for a permanent position following a successful probation ..... full job details .....
