Goods In Person / Forklift Driver - Permanent - Merton, SW19 - London

Salary: -28,000 - -30,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 5 days a week (8 hours per day)
Start Time: Between 7:00am - 9:00am
Weekend Work: 1 Saturday & 1 Sunday per month (approx.)

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Goods In Person / Forklift Driver to join our busy food manufacturing team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth running of our warehouse operations and involves both forklift driving and manual handling tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Safely and efficiently unload, check, and store incoming goods

Operate a forklift truck to move goods within the warehouse

Handle deliveries, including 20kg bags of raw materials.

Maintain accurate records of stock and deliveries

Ensure health & safety and hygiene standards are met at all times

Requirements

Valid Forklift License (Counterbalance or Reach)

UK Driving Licence

Previous Goods In experience

Ability to lift and carry weights of up to 20kg

Strong attention to detail and good time management skills

Willingness to work occasional weekend shifts
