Duties of a Goods In Operative: Safely unload, check and process inbound deliveries using warehouse and handheld systems.Verify quantities, SKUs, batch/lot numbers, expiry dates and product condition against delivery paperwork.Accurately receive and book in stock using WMS/Orderflow, including labelling, pallet IDs and stock locations.Investigate and report shortages, damages and delivery discrepancies to the relevant teams.Support stock control, put-away, replenishment and inventory accuracy across the warehouse.Maintain a safe, clean and organised goods-in area while communicating with clients, suppliers, carriers and internal teams.
