About the Role
This temporary Goods in Operative role in Ruddington, recruited by Manpower UK, pays up to £12.71 per hour. Working Monday to Friday from 7am, the successful candidate will unload deliveries, label items, check orders and book stock into the warehouse system before putting it away in designated areas. Liaising with suppliers and customers by phone and email forms part of the job, so confidence with Excel and general computer literacy are essential. Strong attention to detail and prior goods-in experience are required, along with flexibility to assist elsewhere in the warehouse when needed. A forklift licence would be advantageous. The position also involves physical duties, including lifting items weighing up to 25kg.
Manpower are recruiting for a Goods In Operative for our client based just outside Nottingham City Centre.
The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and have experience in working in a goods in environment.
You must be computer literate and be confident in using excel, you will be required to liaise with suppliers and customers over the phone and via email.
Other duties include -
Unloading
Labelling
Checking orders off and booking in stock and putting away in the allocated area.
You may be required to help in other areas of the warehouse as and when needed so flexibility is required.
If you have a FLT licence this would be advantageous
Please note there is also a physical element to the role which will include lifting of upto 25kg''s
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 7am - 3pm
£12.71 per hour
