You''ll ensure all deliveries are received, checked and booked in accurately, maintaining stock accuracy, product traceability and compliance with site food safety standards. You''ll lead the goods intake team, work closely with other departments and keep the operation running efficiently, even when deliveries and deadlines pile up. Key Responsibilities Manage all inbound deliveries and goods receipt processes. Check deliveries against purchase orders, product specifications and delivery documentation. Ensure accurate stock booking and inventory records using ERP/SAP systems. Investigate and resolve delivery discrepancies, shortages, damages and supplier non-conformances. Maintain full batch and material traceability. Carry out intake quality checks, temperature checks and documentation reviews. Ensure non-conforming materials are correctly quarantined and reported.
