We’re recruiting for a proactive and experienced Goods In Manager to join a well-established and respected electrical wholesaler based in Birmingham. Your Role Reporting to Senior Management, you’ll be responsible for overseeing goods-in processes, leading internal teams, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll work closely with both suppliers and customers, so confidence, communication, and industry know-how are key.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee goods-in processes, stock levels, and delivery management
- Organise and maintain the warehouse and storage areas
- Motivate and lead the internal team to deliver excellent service
- Serve customers at the trade counter when required
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and key accounts
- Coordinate with the external sales team on order fulfilment
- Ensure the branch meets health and safety standards and is kept in good order
- Carry out keyholding duties as part of the management team

What We’re Looking For

- At least 3 years'' experience in the electrical wholesale industry (essential)
- Strong product knowledge and familiarity with key suppliers and contractors
- Experience in managing internal teams and overseeing stock control
- Confident communicator with strong organisational skills
- Proactive, hands-on, and team-oriented
- Previous supervisory or management experience (preferred)
- Full UK driving licence (preferred)
