Please see further details below: Roles: Goods In Inspectors Location: Portsmouth, Hampshire Duration: Both temporary and permanent roles available Salary: Up to 15/hour Working Hours: 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday Position SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented Goods In Inspector to join our quality team. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting incoming materials and components to ensure they meet specified quality requirements before being released for production.Previous Goods In Inspection experience is preferred. We welcome candidates from a variety of manufacturing or engineering backgrounds who possess strong inspection skills, attention to detail, and a quality-focused mindset.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform inspection of incoming goods, materials, and components against drawings, specifications, and quality standards.Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.Conduct dimensional inspections using measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection tools.Record inspection results accurately and maintain inspection documentation.Identify and report non-conforming materials and support containment activities when required.Work closely with Quality, Purchasing, and Production teams to resolve ..... full job details .....
