Outcomes of Role To receive components ensuring 100% accuracy of part number, quantity and purchase order while booking onto the Axiom Business Management System Ensure that all material for that day is booked onto the data management system within 24hr of material receipt area to aspire to the highest levels of housekeeping and visual control Responsibilities Off load vehicles efficiently whilst adhering to health and safety standards and company procedures. Decant items from cartons / pallets in order to check the condition and specified quantities of the goods delivered. Ensure correct documentation is received with the goods in order to process the delivery into relevant computer systems. Correctly label each item as per company procedures, to allow efficient storage (GRN and RoHS labels) Communicate effectively with the procurement / Incoming Material Control department regarding any delivery discrepancies.
