This role will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth running of the department through the use of planning, scheduling and reporting. If you meet the job specification below, apply now for an immediate response!The Job you will do:Coordinate and manage the daily Goods In delivery schedule, allocating appropriate and achievable time slots to ensure the efficient receipt of incoming deliveries.Review delivery documentation from the previous day, identifying and resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner.Assist with resolving purchase order and system-related issues that may prevent deliveries from being processed correctly.Prepare and allocate transport reference numbers for upcoming deliveries.Accurately process and receipt incoming deliveries through the company''s ERP system, ensuring all associated documentation is completed and authorised.Identify and report stock variances, product identification issues and batch discrepancies through the appropriate internal channels.Ensure all administrative, procedural and documentation requirements are completed accurately and to a consistently high standard.Process corrections to incorrectly receipted deliveries and ensure records are accurately updated.Manage the processing, recording and scanning of bulk delivery documentation to support ..... full job details .....
