You will ensure new orders are processed accurately and prepared on the warehouse management system, ready for the picking team each morning. Key Responsibilities Use the warehouse management system (WMS) to process incoming goods and customer orders. Enter and check invoices accurately. Organise and release new orders into the system, ensuring they are ready for the warehouse team to pick the following morning. Maintain accurate stock, order and delivery records. Check information for errors and resolve any discrepancies. Liaise with warehouse colleagues to support smooth goods-in and order-picking operations. Complete general administrative duties as required. Skills and Experience Previous administration experience, ideally within a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment.
