Good Home Alliance Advice and Casework Officer

The Lincolnshire Good Home Alliance is a ground-breaking project working to improve housing condition, health and wellbeing outcomes for residents across Lincolnshire. Funded by Lincolnshire County and District councils, the Good Home Alliance works across housing, health, social care and other organisations to identify housing condition issues, provide advice on available options and deliver practical support to enable people to stay safe, warm and well at home. The Advice and Caseworker has a particular focus on supporting people to address housing condition issues, including hoarded homes and fire safety; improve energy efficiency, and connect households to available solutions, services or trades. Hosted by East Lindsey District Council, this this role will work with residents and households across Lincolnshire. The Alliance welcomes applications from individuals with a proven track record of managing a caseload, supporting people to make home improvements, providing information and advice directly to residents, and building trusted relationships with individuals, households, professionals and services.
